2. We’re highly acclaimed…We have a whole wall full of awards, not that we’re bragging (ahem). Craig Cooper became the youngest Master Photographer in WA in 2007, and is sought after as a photography tutor and print judge.
3. Fussiness…in a good way. When you are choosing a print, frame or album we understand that it is an heirloom you’ll treasure forever. So all of our products are the best available.Our basic criteria is “will this outlive everyone here?”.
4. Satisfaction is Guaranteed…If you don’t love what we do, and don’t want to order, we’ll refund the cost of the shoot. Simple.
5. Stuff is Guaranteed…If it breaks, we’ll have it fixed or replaced. If it’s wrong, we’ll put it right.
6. We want to know you…Before we even pick up a camera, we will take the time to get to know what you want, and just as importantly, what you don’t.
7. We respect your time…Any photography project will use your time and effort as well as our own. We respect the energy you will contribute and promise to be efficient and pay attention.
8. We are not a sausage factory…Every assignment is unique and will receive loving attention.
9. We are quick, but meticulous…Your order will go into production within one business day. From there every ordered photograph is meticulously graded and prepared for printing. Production times can vary, but portrait prints usually take two weeks and wedding albums up to 12 weeks, due to the level of fine artwork involved (did we mention that we’re fussy?).
10. Dedicated retouching…every image receives gentle and invisible retouching as needed, as standard, included in our fee.
11. Integrity…Craig, as Director, is a member and Master of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP) and as such you can trust our integrity, professionalism and technical prowess.
